4 cooked and cooled chicken breasts
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced apple
1 5 oz. can pineapple tidbits
1 cup grapes
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1 T. lemon juice
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup miracle whip
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Crescent Rolls
Cut up chicken into bite size pieces, add celery, apple, pineapple, grapes, almonds and lemon juice, set aside. Combine mayonnaise, miracle whip and whipping cream. Add to chicken mixture. Cut crescent rolls in half and fill with chicken and fruit salad.
This is so refreshing I made it the other night when we were doing yard work.
Sometimes its so stinking hot to cook something so we made these and enjoyed them for 2 or 3 nights :)
