Whole Wheat Muffins


Healthy Whole Wheat Muffins
Bobbi Carter (my sis in law)
 

½ C. Applesauce or Butter                                                                 ½ C. Brown Sugar

1 Egg                                                                                                      1 tsp. Baking Soda

1 C. Milk                                                                                               2 C. Whole Wheat Flour

Bake at 425 for 12 min.
 
These are so yummy and so easy to make!  My kids gobble them up! I even broke out my wheat grinder and used my some of my endless supply of wheat!
