Chicken Cordon Blue Crock Pot Style

We love Chicken Cordon Blue...but it is so dang expensive. I found this recipe online but of course had to tweak it.

Store:
4-5 Chicken Breast
Cream of Chicken Soup
Butter
Milk
Ham from your deli
Mozzarella Cheese Slices

Pound your chicken breast with a mallet (or in my case put them in a Ziploc bag and pound them thin with your rolling pin)
Place chicken breast, ham, cheese, roll up and secure with a toothpick
Line the bottom of your crock pot, in a separate bowl mix one can of cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom) with one cup of milk. Pour over top of mixture, add 1/2 stick of butter cut into pieces over the top of mixture.
Cook on Low for 3 hours or until chicken is no longer pink. Don't cook longer or your chicken will end up really dry. Take your leftover sauce and thicken it pour over mashed potatoes if desired.
