For Family Night on Monday me and the kids made some cupid corn to give to their teachers, and some of our friends! I'm so glad I saved me some it made a yummy treat!
The kids helped me pop some popcorn, but you could use 2 bags of unbuttered microwaveable popcorn. We popped 2 cups of popcorn in my whirly popper.
I melted 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate, and added some red food coloring to make it pink. Poured on top of the popcorn. Emma added a 1/2 bag of m&m's (the bigger bag), and topped it off with some pink, red, and white sprinkles. I don't know what it is with popcorn, white chocolate, and m&m's. YUM!
