Chairs

My sister in law gave me these two chairs.  I needed a few more chairs for my kitchen table.  My kids always fight over the "baby chair" it isn't a high chair but its higher up and no one wants to sit in it!

I sanded my little heart out with my power sander, and a hand block.  I then took a tack cloth and wiped the chairs down and swept out the garage.  

I sprayed a coat of kilz primer on them, then dried sprayed again, sanded again.

I started my spray paint process I used a cherry red color and it took 3 coats (2 cans)

 After the cherry red dried, I added my black glaze.  You put it on with a brush, and wipe it off with a rag.

 They turned out really great!  I still need to lacquer them but we'll see if that really ever happens.
