This picture is old...but my favorite Homeade OREO's, Phil loves them too! Super easy....
Moist Oreo's
1 Devil's Food Cake Mix (I prefer Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe)
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Oil or Shortning
Mix with hands, use a small cookie scoop or melon baller to get the perfect size. Cook at 350 for 8 minutes! Cool and stack cookies one on another to find the perfect matches. Frost in between with Cream cheese frosting. I can't make these fast enough.....
